hi,
can anyone tell me where can I find 4 vials of naga blood for fountain Macabre? I found only 3 (and I think that I missed the last one after some battle :o ( ).

Or can you tell me what should happen after filling the fountain?

all 4 of those vials are found on the same level. the fountain gives u a ring for your trouble.
