Help I killed a man! (spolier)

I walked into the guard tower and killed the baddies with area effect spells, but must have hit Ormis Dohor. And then I killed him. And then I saved by accident (last separate save long ago). This was my first time through the game, but someone told me I should not have done that. Is there a way to bring him back? Like placing an NPC in game with the cheat console? Or do I just have to deal with the handicap?

Just keep on playing. Unless you are the kind of player who saves before every dialogue option or other decision, tries out every option (no matter how stupid or ooc) and takes the most beneficial.
Trying out everything in order to get always the best benefit is work.
Accepting mistakes and living with them is roleplaying.
The game is easy enough. You can afford it.
