Does the Big Metal Rod have a set proficiency? If so which one? On the paper doll it appears as a crossbow but can someone give me a definite answer? Is it affected by the archer bonuses? Is it usable by Kensai?
Much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Big Metal Rod Proficiency
“The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.”
It requires Crossbow proficiency, Only Fighters, Thieves, Paladins, Rangers. Bards, Fighter/Thieves, Fighter/Mages, Mage/Thieves and F/M/Ts can use it, Kensai and Cavaliers cannot use it.
PS I could fix it so they can use it for a price.

Mkay. Thanks. I was just curious as to the most power or damage I could gain with it using a class bonus, an archer missile weapon onus in this case. After all, area of effect high level abilities with the help of Frag Grendades does sound nice.
Thanks for the offer but I'll pass... although I could use it on a Kensai/Thief... not legally though.
Or any other kit class for that matter.
Oh well, back to experimentation.
Thanks again.
