Just curious about the romance subplots. I've figured out Casavir and Elanee, but I can't see playing an evil character and getting that part of the story. Do evil characters get to play this subplot also? Maybe with Neeshka, Qara, or Bishop?

There have been previous posts regarding to this matter. You should have done a search before posting a new thread. Still, to answer your question, your assumption of Casavir and Elanee being the only characters which provide the romance options is true.
