Hey this is cool, thanks!

I found a gamefaq alchemy guide for The Witcher as well, though it's a little cumbersome. You all probably already know about it.

Thanks heavens I found your post ... Bravo !!

I may be a little late in getting to "The Witcher" but I am loving the game. Your Alchemy list has helped me make some sense of why whenever I use any ingredient that also has Rubedo in it shows up with a red circle around it on the potion making page.

I realized that I did not know what effect the second ingredient like in 'Hellebore Petals' ( Aether & Rubedo ) had on the potion. I would sure hate to drink a potion only to end up with internal bleeding because I needed Aether and used Hellebore Petals and the Rubedo slowly killed Geralt and healed the monster.

ingrediance list

thank you Lady Dragonfly for the list .
That has been such a hassle and waste ;) of time searching.
But I think that you can get Hydragonum from mistletoe by donating friut to the alter in lebidias hospital. :)

Whitetail is correct in that you get some mistletoe from the Altars to Melitele (sp?), but only AFTER you get the other things for the Main Quest.
