Can't get into Downtown Hospital

Hi,

I'm trying to get the Necromantic quest but I can't seem to find a way into the hospital. I checked the other posts here, but the only one I found with a reference to getting in said there was a hole in the fence. I have checked every fence panel (even used auspex to let me see better) and can't find a hole. Is there another way in or is there something you have to do to make a hole?

The opening in the fence is on the street that leads towards Strauss's place. It's right next to a parked van.
