No start-up problem

Post by Shazir »

A couple of weeks ago I suddenly could not get much of my software, including S of A to boot. I cleaned my system and then had it professionally cleaned. Still no joy. I re-installed the other software and now it works fine, but I am reluctant to do the sae for the game as it would wipe out all that my party has accomplish to date. I do not, at this time, wish to play through the entire adventure yet again. Is it possible to to copy the data and character files to a new folder, reload the game and then copy those files back again to save the progress made?

By the way, when first meeting the paladin in the sewers I did not have him join the party. I now have the +5 sword and some armour that would suit him just fine but I cannot find him. Is he gone for good?

He should be in the Radiant Heart HQ in the Temple district.
Distrbution of games, is becoming a little like Democracy (all about money and control) - in the end choice is an illusion and you have to choose your lesser evil.

And everything is hidden in the fine print.
