Arena Glitch

Okay, so I've beaten Fable on the xbox and recently got TLC for PC. I went to change my name outside the arena only to find the arena vendor wasnt there. I thought nothing of it and continued and beat the arena. I came back out and he still wasnt there, his papers on the table were, but he wasnt. I checked back numerous times thinking it may have been time of day, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Maybe a glitch, reload a previos save.
Maybe you killed him, w8 several days outside the map.
Maybe he went of with lady grey, bad luck for you.
