Brotherhood of the Woods

I have spent a lot of time on another BG message board, BGDungeon Tavern. Now I know I'm starting sound whiney... sorry.

This is just a topic to tell you of my adventures in this strange land that has been shut down recently.
I was member and founder of the Brotherhood of the Woods. This is a group of BG/IWD fans that like to play the ranger or druid. I myself love my ranger/cleric, as my *brotherhood* was originally a club reserved to this class.

Now that my old home is gone, I have to restart a new life here. Don't get this the wrong way, I've posted here before, just not as regularly, so I don't know the core of posters over here. I remember Weasel, somehow...

I'd like to open my Brotherhood to all GameBanshee members. If you're a ranger or druid (single, dual & multi-class), you're in. The only thing you have to do is write this in your signature:

Insert-name-here, insert-personal-information-here, is a Proud Member of the Brotherhood of the Woods

For example: (the bold and italics add more *depth*)

and finally i got time to create a ranger/cleric pc we were talking about last week, can i join now?

Hello, all. Welcome to GameBanshee. (not that I'm the offical welcoming committee) Welcome back, Pope. I wondered where you had gone off to. Hope you all stick around for a while. I'm a big fan of the Totemic Druid kit and the Stalker kit, but I currently play an assassin, which wouldn't exactly qualify me for the brotherhood.

I found Shadowstrider's site, and on the Elysium there are a lot of ex-members as well.

Hiya, I was never on the other board but I hang around Gamebanshee like a bad smell. I play a Druid dualled to fighter sometimes and have a surreal woodpecker story going at the moment in IWD forum (don't ask...

).

I don't wish to sound preachy but this site is divided into boards for specific games & ideas. The administrator, Buck Satan, will move any non-BG2 threads to "Speak Your Mind".

Sure, you have BG2 content in here, but it isn't related to the game. Just a bit of background and a welcome to you all.

Yes that was my BGD name(Pe Ell 77 to be exact) . I was an archer (and still is) and I wil start to recruit now. Did an infiltration of the mage guild, Hehe.

So, I join to Brotherhood of the Woods.

My favourite and main character is a priest of Helm. His main goal is to observe and maintain balance wherever it could be done (as it is in nature as well as it is Helm's faith imperative).

Clerics are city people.
