Well of Worship Door Key

I have finished exploring the first level of the dungeons. In the set of rooms to the northwest of the Naga's door, I have defeated the master shadow in the Well of Worship. Now I can't open the remaining door in the room. My rogue can't pick the lock, and I am told that I need the key. Does anyone know where the key for this room is (the desired room has access to other levels)?

Is this the door with the PUZZLING LOCK?
