Raise your Conjuration level to 25?

I know Chorral has basically all the Summon spells. I think so, anyway. The easiest thing to summon, I think, is a skeleton, which I know the dude in the blue and green shirt at the Chorral Mages' Guild sells. Other than that.. I think you can make your own summon spell, but, that will require a higher skill, too (and the Arcane University). It's not too hard to get your level up, though. That would be my suggestion.

But yeah, check out that skeleton spell. See if you can cast it without having to be a level 25. If you do, then I'd suggest buying training.

Spoiler: There's a low level Conjuration trainer named Suilinus Vassinus at the Skingrad Mages' Guild, and also Fathis Aren, the court mage at Castle Bravil.

You could use bound spells (helmet, boots, etc.) to boost your conj. skill.

Good point. Make a 1-point conjuration spell for a helmet, for example. It should last next to no time at all, then keep recasting it. This will raise your spell level pretty quickly--higher if you've specialized in the skill, or in the attribute associated with it.

Go here for a list of spells that can be cast no matter what level your conjuration is (i.e. Novice level spells) and where you can get them.

Summon Skeleton is an apprentice level spell.
