Just a backstage idea

Post by Sir Firenze »

I made an idea for my NWN main characters, and I'd like to share it here too :D

My first char in NWN was a human bard (more or less.. me :p ). Great hero things, bla bla...at the end, Aribeth becomes his, provided you do the right things, and a child is born right before her execution.

The half-elven child becomes the main hero in SotU and HotU, bard class, and at the end he develops a relationship with Nathyrra, the drow companion. From which a half-drow child is born.

The same one who is my main character in NWN 2 and MotB (thank you Motb for adding Half-Drows :D ). And so on to the next expansions or NWN 3.

And so, I created a bloodline of main heroes to maintain a lovely "legacy" of great men, who - more or less - save the world over and over again. I feel better imagining that they are closely related, even if they and the game actually don't know it. :D

Some facts do not get along, yes, but still it's my version of the game's background story

That's AWESOME! I just renamed my char the same as NWN1- Torchiel Peanutine (from my cat Torch and my dog Peanut (70 lbs-lol)). When I saw Deekin for a second I thought he was going to remember me and when he didn't I was a little sad. Maybe I'm Torchiel who was named after her cool adventuring great aunt. :p
I had a kid in one of my med classes who I got into a D&D conversation with and he gave me a few books (Icewind Dale triology). It was too cool; I was like, "Spine of the World?! I've been there!!"
