dunno about the druid grove, never played as a druid. as for the exp cap remover, i think theres one on this site. if not try baldurs gate haven or some other similar site, or you could look in gamecopyworld.com as they have a lot of patches

Well two points.
1)If is for the Fighting faldorn, any druid can challange her, regardless of level.
2)Only the main character can became great druid, that is the druid stronghold, dont worrie, you can get to lv 14 in the game, unless you are a multi-class druid.
