I know this is a bit off the subject but.
Have you seen the trailer for the movie "Lord of the Rings" coming out next year!!!

I belive it will be a great movie.

I can't wait. Did you happen to see the D&D movie? I thought there were some GREAT renderings of spell effects, but some shoddy acting as well.

Yes, seen the trailer to LoTR and saw the D&D movie, LoTR is definitly going to be good, dnd I was kind of disappointed in thought 8(

I've seen the LoTR trailer and was very impressed. One thing that stands out for me is the director mentioning how big of a responsibility it is to bring Tolkien's works to the screen. I think that bodes well.

D&D movie was good FX, poor acting and script. Pretty much what I expected, worth matinee price though.

I saw the movie series, and I must say that they were fun to watch. I love the special effects. My late roommate said that the book was based on WW11.
