Fed Up/ Stuck- Ice Quarry

OK. I've gone back on previous saves, & read spoilers & I do not see this imp I'm supposed to "pull out" by quarry machine #5. I've spoken to Gruul. Nothing, Checked the other quarry machines, nothing.

What's wrong w/ this picture?
