texture problems

I am having problems with BG lately. Recently i bought a new PC and i am having various texture problems. I tried installing the latest patch but it only helped a little. If anyone could give me a hint on what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

It would really help if you would give a full description of your problem.
Sage plays a paladin,
because other classes would be frowned upon for laying their hands on a wounded companion
