Cant find "Use Any Item" HLA

I am currently playing a Berserker -> Thief and just started getting HLAs but I am not able to find the munchkin HLA "Use Any Item"

I have a few mods installed including Acsension, tactics (some), Rogue Rebalancing, Tweaks, Kelsey, Sol, Item Upgrade and a few minor ones.
Could one of the mods have removed this HLA

(which is crazy I tell you)?

I am not sure if this thread should be in TOB or SOA forum as I am currently in the Asylum going to free the "magically deviant" to face Irenicus. Sorry if it is in the wrong forum...

yes it could be, in special i would read "Rogue Rebalancing" i dont know it myself but this is the mod where i would start looking

Ohhkayy... After some search, found out that it is because of "Refinements" mod. The UAI HLA has been replaced by Use Scrolls for the Thief class

. UAI is still available for Bards in the mod though...
