Let there be Light
Let there be Light
How can I get some light...e.g. torch, cat potion, etc... So I can see what's going on in the Crypt & the Cave in Chapter 1 ??????
You should have the Cat potion in your list by then. I suggest looking it up and see what kind of ingredients needed to make it.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price
If I recall correctly, Abigail should have some of those ingredients. You can also search plants and animals for them.

Borodin, if you haven't learned the Herbalism skill yet, you should pick that up the next time you gain a level. The skill allows you to harvest ingredients from plants, making it much easier to accumulate enough to brew potions. You'll also need to buy some strong alcohol to make potions.

Torches work well if you aren't expecting many enemies, and the cat potion is very nifty. Btw does your ability to see affect combat? If it doesn't then cat potions and torches are virtually useless, because you can tell where things are by the floating names above them.
