The Spam Van- free cookies for all!

Post by vixen »

I fancied a new, non-alcoholic venue to discuss essentially nothing, i.e. to spam.

Special offers of the day include spamburgers, spamdogs and spamsandwiches. All with free cookies. :D

I mean a van without outdoor seating, some plastic chairs and tables. Like at the side of motorways.

BTW do you have spam over there? They always used to give it us for school dinners and it was vile.

Vix: We had it for school lucches here *shudder*

*wanders over to Waverly's wet bar and fixes herself an alcoholic shirley temple.*

OOC: That's funny, what would a shirley temple be if it were alcoholic, I'm sure this is a stupid question :)

<Minerva walked in, grub the keg of Guinness Waverly had installed, then drug it out from the van. Then she sat on the ground and began to drink...>

No, its not a stupid question. I don't even know what a non-alcoholic one is. Or a wet bar for that matter.

Why is Minerva drinking directly from the keg?

@Vix what kind of school was this that served lunch from a van and fed you spam. Are you sure it wasn't women's prison?

*watches as Waverly's eyes glaze over with the fantasies inspired by the words 'woman's prison'*

;)

Vix: A shirley temple is 7-up and cherry flavoring I believe. I used to get it all the time as a kid at restaurants :) (they stick a cherry on a plastic drink stirer just like in the grown up drinks!)

I'm not a spammer but after being at an inn a couple of times I really fancy the spamming van this time.
If somebody is so friendly to make me a cup of tea then we can begin discussing this:

A couple of days ago I read a shocking article about a British research group which reported that, due to financial trouble, almost 60%(!!!) of all British female students is working in the s*x industry?
How can this be possible (if true) in a civilized country?!?

Nasty school. Not a woman's prison but an all girls primary school.

We had to say grace before every meal, but sometimes they had already started serving. Inevitably, on spam salad days I would start asking for the tiniest bit of spam there was, grace would start, and the teacher would just put huge amounts on my plate.

And we had to eat every last bit.
