Check his body and all the containers in the store. It's a long shot, but I saw somebody steal the kitchen area and wall hangings for the Imperial City shack (don't remember if they pickpocketed one of the guys at 3 brothers or found them in a container).

If you're playing on PC you can use this console command to get them:

player.additem itemcode 1

You'll need to do it once for each item you need. Item code is just the first 8-character code, not the description in parentheses.

000B1585 (Wall Hangings)
000B1621 (Dining Area)
000B1622 (Kitchen Area)
000B1623 (Sitting Area)
000B1624 (Den Area)
000B1625 (Upper Hall Area)
000B1626 (Balcony Area)
000B1627 (Balcony Upgrade)
000B1628 (Bedroom Area)
000B1629 (Upper Sitting Area)
000B162A (Study Area)
000B162B (Display Case Upgrade)
000B162D (Servants Quarters)
000B162E (Lower Wall Hangings)
000B162F (Upper Wall Hangings)
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
