cant get to old owl well or scouts

In act 2, i cannot zone into old owl well, it freezes up on the unloading module....I have reinstalled 3x, anyone help pls?

do you get the mission to old owl well ?
if it appears on your map, you should be able to travel there.
if it is unclikeable. you may has some question/mission uncompleted.

I had similar problems which went away when I made sure to choose only one character when entering the blue circle-thingy that takes me to world map. For some reason the game crashed if more than one were chosen when going to Old Owl Well or Neverwinter Market District.

You could also check to see if your game is fully updated- some of the bugs are fixed in the downloadable patches.

Yes, this is also linked to the problems with disappearing companions. A recommended preventative fix for that is to make sure you enter the transition areas with one character selected only - not as a group (usuing the lasso function).
