So i sold baldurs gate 2 on ebay then i bought it back now i forget mostly everything
okay everytime i talk to someone they appear busy
how do you get to umar hills??

That appearing busy is a well-known bug. Get the latest patch and if it doesn't work/you already have it, search for fixes for it. Really quite annoying...

To get to Umar Hills you have to accept a quest given to you by a little boy in the park in the Government District. If Minsc is in your party he'll step up to him, otherwise you'll have to talk to him yourself. He says things that indicates that he wants help, though.

To reach Umar hills you'll need to go to the "Gate District" and exit the grid through the front gate before being allowed to leave town.
