Help a Newbie Please

I have just started playing, and I am trying to find some place to buy acid to use to kill Trolls. Help anyone?

My suggestion .....arrows with fire damage or any spell with fire damage,

Any sword or melee weapon that hits for some fire or acid damage (you can buy one from the Adventurer's Mart). You can also buy fire and acid arrows in various stores.

The spells Melf's Acid Arrow, Melf's Minute Meteors, Agannazar's Scorcher, Burning Hands, etc. are all very good for killing downed trolls.
