Swallow formula gone ?????

Has anyone else encountered this problem.....I've made "Swallow" several times before, but now when I try it "Swallow" no longer 'highlights' in my list of formulas - even though I've got the ingredients. And when I try just mixing the correct ingredients I end up with nothing. Known bug or what ???

Swallow requires a highish quality alcohol. That's probably the problem.

Yeah if you dont have any high quality alcohol try making the "White Gull" potion first based on low quality alcohol, then the shallow option should be available.
