Skull of the Silent King

Hi, I'm a first time player of PS:T

I've just reached the part where morte is abducted, and can be exchanged for the skull of the silent king.. I did have this skull with me for quite a while, but dropped it as there was to implication I would need it. Any other way I can get morte back?

it seems like I might run into this kind of problem a lot with this game.. how do you really judge what's valuable and what isn't?

Never drop items you think you might need, just store them in a container.
