Girl in white dress

In the Asylum Club the only girl in white seems to be a partial wedding/white dress of some sorts i used noclip and p through the floor she was frozen at the table on the second floor when in for a close look at her seem to be the same girl from the ocean house anyone els see this ?

Yes, Troika obviously used the same model or at least the same kind of dress for the female Ocean House ghost, only bloodied.
