These thugs are exactly the same as bat thugs...with the exception that they also have an unlimited supply of hand grenades, and reckless aim. They are found predominantly on rooftops, doing collateral damge to the best of their ability. The blast isn't particularly powerful, but it does have a decent radius, so it will easily explode nearby cars, oil barrels, and do-gooders. These thugs are best taken on in melee; while they do still have a bat, it will stop them from chucking explosives into the street.
