Feels like a gondola ride: Venetica Behind the scenes video #2 is online
Hamburg/Venice, September 2nd, 2009 Part #2 of the Venetica Behind the scenes videos, shows Felix Haas, concept artist at developer Deck 13, around Venice's famous Canale Grande. Here, he explains how gondolas and canals of the original Venice have been integrated in the upcoming cinematic RPG Venetica.
Scarlett, death's beautiful daughter, explores the fantastic Venice setting on several levels: She walks the streets, enjoys the beautiful view from the roofs of Venice's houses and swims the canals. From there she can reach dark catacombs underneath the city, which are filled with creatures, treasures and puzzles.
Scarlett also rides the world famous gondolas: With these, she's able to travel huge distances within the metropolitan region of Venice.
Part #2 of the making of videos again combines stunning ingame graphics with beautiful real life coverage directly filmed in Venice.
