Gameplay will consist of combat, economics, adventuring and crafting. The amount you choose will depend on your own play style. They did state that you could be a pure crafter but some of the items needed may require the ability to complete complex adventures - this is one of the areas where they've got an (idea' but not really completed building it. Trade skills will be limited to (useful) items in game those defined by Warhammer.
Because the universe is divided much as any landmass would be racially you'll find that NPCs will react differently to different races or careers. Or they may not speak to you at all. It could depend upon how far you've trained in a certain career as well. The combinations are complex to say the least. It will also be possible to determine where you are based only on the architecture. The playable races will be human, ogre, halfling, elf and dwarf. It was decided to stay with these races as there is a history defined in the Warhammer universe for them whereas for say an orc they do not know what their history/social structure may be and how do you define content without that information.
