This is just one of many sets in the upcoming expansion. Forgotten Gods brings with it 12 all-new sets, themed not only around the new Oathkeeper mastery but also expanding upon your options for existing masteries. You will also discover that many items (including sets) from Grim Dawn and Ashes of Malmouth will support for Oathkeeper mastery as well.
