Did you know that in order to record the sounds of wyvern-like monsters flapping their wings, the developers at Capcom used a bunch of umbrellas they had lying around in their lost and found? Well, they did. They also recorded some of their sound effects on the beaches of Indonesia, and even visited Chile for research purposes.
And perhaps this attention to detail is part of the reason why their game sold over 5 million copies in just three days. I guess this is what you get when you combine AAA production values with a genuine passion for what you do.
