Q: Was there some kind of account or Herald clean-up back in January? I monitor the statistics for my alliance, and I noticed every guild had dozens of their inactive members drop off the Herald rosters between Jan 19 and Jan 20.

A: We did a massive Herald clean up. The Herald computers were in dire need of a purge; we had year old data clogging up the arteries like pastrami sandwiches.
