The first is at GameOn with a score of 8/10:
The Pitt will take a high level character around 4 hours to complete with an extra hour or two needed to get all of the ingots. This downloadable content pack feels much more like a Fallout 3 expansion than the previous one and that makes it all the better. The dingy and oppressive alleyways feel right and the story of enslavement fits in well with the future concept. For 800 Microsoft Points The Pitt is well worth downloading and offers some great new items and quests. This is a good example of what downloadable content should be and is definitely an expansion to be considered by Fallout owners.
The second is at 360 Junkies with no score:
The Pitt is a nice addition to the Fallout 3 world and adds a variety of new weapons, items, and armor as well as new perks. The price point, is set either as 800 MS Points or can be purchased on the DLC Add-On Pack disc containing, The Pitt and Operation: Anchorage. Overall I felt satisfied with the new content, and added 100 points to my gamer score. There are some other features that most will like but I'll let the player decide that.

While Operation: Anchorage may have played and felt like a dress rehearsal of better things to come, in spite of the negative publicity of a seriously buggy release that was quickly laid to rest, Fallout 3: The Pitt puts things back on track with a fascinating plot, new challenges that will both physically and morally test the player, and a better mix of new armor, weapons and perks, and formidable enemies that makes it all well worth the relatively modest price of admission.

Deciding whether or not to recommend The Pitt is not as easy as it was with Operation Anchorage, because The Pitt is actually fun to play. I was not totally reviled as I was with Anchorage, but at the same time there are a number of problems in terms of content and the module that I cannot ignore. The bugginess might be enough to scare away some, but it isn't something I would consider a deal breaker; I lost very little time to restarting the game and never needed to reboot. The level design and writing are much more problematic, though; they present a scenario that you really need to take at face value - any analysis and it all falls apart. If you can manage to just accept what is happening without question that then you should get some decent enjoyment. Clocking in at around three hours, The Pitt might be buggy, with thin writing, transparent choices and questionable level design, but there's loads of fun to be had in combat and the visual quality is great. Given the fun factor, ten dollars seems reasonable value and if you're a big fan of Fallout 3 then it's definitely worth a look.

The Pitt will entertain you for around two to three hours and maybe more if you want to explore all of the Steel Mill and find all the steel ingotsand hidden weapons. It is worth the 800 MP for all of the weapons, armor, fun, and possiblyexperience you get from it. There are weapon shops, food shops, enemies, and people to talk to scattered all around the map. You can get up to three perks, do four missions, visit seven locations, obtain nine different weapons, and get eighteen sets of armor.
