The first is at The London Free Press with a score of 3.5/5:
The Pitt is a fun (if fleeting) addition to the Fallout 3 universe, although it will be too easy for veteran players and may ultimately leave fans wishing for more.
The second is at Game Couch with a score of 4/5:
There's a lot to do in the DLC, but what I admired most was that Fallout's moral ambiguity was preserved. When it comes down to slaves and slavers, it's easy to know which side is (right,) but key characters on both sides were nuanced enough to make me question their motivations and my actions.
And the third is at VG Chartz with a score of 7.2/10:
Overall, The Pitt is a small improvement over Operation Anchorage. If you don't mind spending $10 on a three hour experience, you'll still have a good time, but there are still a lot of problems and missed opportunities and it's hard to recommend The Pitt for everyone.
