Fallout 3's first week sales were 57% higher than those of Oblivion. Additionally, the sales outnumber those of every previous Fallout game, including spin-offs such as Tactics, combined. 55% of copies were sold to Xbox 360 owners, 28% to Sony sorts, and 17% to the PC crowd.17% of the sales are on PC... it's a shame that the platform where the franchise started can't even come close to console sales.
The launch also managed to dethrone Fable II; Quantum of Solace: The Game debuted at number seven, while Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 appeared at fifteen.
