Thrusting Frenzy and the Diamond Dagger (Albion) had the (non-working) Envenom bonus replaced with thrusting bonuses on the former and dual wield bonuses on the latter.
Having a level 50 infiltrator, I camped 30+ hours for a Thrusting Frenzy, and let me tell you that the Envenom bonus has been working just fine for the couple of months that I've been using it. In fact, it allowed me to use Lifebane... which I now cannot. Hopefully this is just an oversight =\.
