Matt Ouzounian, QA (Quality Assurance / Quite Awesome): I'd have to say that my favorite city in Oblivion is Anvil. I like the overall appearance and structure of it, as well as the quests associated with it. Everything from acquiring the Manor to entering the dreams of a sleeping man, Anvil definitely was the first town to really catch my interest away from the main quest.
I am also fond of Timberscar Hollow, a cave littered with ruined columns and walls that are clearly not natural. The cave itself is tiny and infested with goblins, but the look of the cavern left me with the impression that a construction project had begun there long ago and failed miserably. I think the cavern really played well into the quest that is kicked off at the nearby Crestbridge Camp.
