While we didn't get an official announcement on GOG.com this week, a tweet on the official Twitter feed for The Witcher alerts us to the fact that the 14th set of DLC is now available for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This time around, it's an alternative look for Ciri, and it seems that it has gone through a release and re-release due to some strangeness that it originally introduced (two Ciris!).

In any event, it should be available again now, so go grab it when you get a chance.
