The first thing we noticed with this new version was how smoothly it played. Zeschuk stated that framerate was the developers' number-one priority, admitting sheepishly that their PC roots caused them to overlook such issues with the Xbox version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. This extra effort appears to have paid off -- the tiny jitters of the GDC version are all gone, and even the most heated of melees (with four or five enemies on screen at once) proceeded without any visible framerate drop.
