Games Radar has put together a three-page preview of Ubisoft and Arkane Studios' Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Here's a bit about multiplayer:

Added to the core game's mage/warrior/assassin classes, the multiplayer introduces the priest and archer roles, ostensibly the medic and sniper of the Might and Magic world. You'll duke it out over the course of five maps, leveling up your character's skills as you progress through each round in the fantasy team battle.
