I missed this last week in the Gamescom frenzy, but IGN has released a roughly 13-minute long gameplay demo for Dragon Age: Inquisition, with commentary provided by producer Cameron Lee. There's a good chunk of combat, as well as a look at how the Inquisition "war table" works:
