Unconfirmed: Demon's Soul Standard Edition Coming to Europe

The European release is the Black Phantom Limited Edition which includes a CD soundtrack, artbook and strategy guide, but there's been speculation that publisher Namco Bandai has a basic version of Demon's Souls in the works.
HMV and ShopTo.net have listings for a version of the game set for release on Friday August 6, suggesting a vanilla edition is on the cards. Namco Bandai UK declined to go into detials, but told NowGamer that "Demon's Souls stock will be replenished" to meet demand. Would a vanilla version entice you to check out Demon's Souls?
