I've been waiting for Runic Games to make some sort of official announcement all day long, but it doesn't appear that we're going to get one. So just in case you haven't been following my recent posts about the game, you should know that their Diablo-like action RPG Torchlight has been released on both Steam and GamersGate.

Should you want to give the game a whirl before forking out $20, you can grab the playable demo off of Steam. My guess is that more download mirrors will be added in the coming days, but that's the only link available at the moment.
