Remember that conspiracy theory on One Last Continue that Zaeed was an original character in Mass Effect 2 but was later removed to be used as DLC? They also made mention of a "Kasumi" squad member that was available in a debug copy months ago.

Well, while digging through the game's archives, I stumbled upon a squad member codex image called "kasumi":



So does that mean we're going to be adding a shadowy-looking human to our squad in the near future? Maybe, but I bet it won't be for free.
