What unfortunately seems to not have been noticed by the folks at Bethesda during the testing were multiple issues brought by the patch itself, including the fact that all resistances are broken and dragons taking a liking to a more artistic flying style.
We can only hope Bethesda will release a hotfix for these problems quickly, and advise you to hold off from patching right now.
