The Mouth of Sauron. He's a Black Númenorean who's lived for centuries and has an interesting backstory, but we only catch a glimpse of him. Also, he mouths off to Gandalf, which is pretty cool. My second-favorite character is the hobbit, Daddy Two-foot, but that is mainly because he has a funny name, and he isn't very bright.
