Fable: The Lost Chapters Reviews

I enjoyed the time I spent with Fable: The Lost Chapters, but when the final credits ran I found myself asking, (Is that it?) The game was just lacking something. I'm not willing to highly recommend the game to those who have already played the console original, as I just don't believe there's enough new content to justify purchasing another full game. Die-hard fans of the original will find something to like, if they're unable to resist the urge to possess all things Fable. And for those who haven't had the Xbox experience, Fable: The Lost Chapters is a solid, impressive-looking RPG that's at least worth one playthrough.
The second is at Killer Betties with an overall score of 4/5:
Overall, Fable is a very accessible and pretty RPG. However, it's certainly something you want to be buying if not for yourself (as I'm sure you're a hardcore gamer. Right? Right??), then at least for someone who has never experienced the world of Albion. Playability, humor, graphics, quality voice acting, and a competent story line make Fable a very decent game indeed.
And the third is at GamersInfo with no overall score:
The game is not perfect, but it was a very satisfying experience for me. I'm playing through it again now as a good character and I'm having just as much fun. Ultimately, two plays through will probably be enough for a while, but this is a game that I could see myself coming back to somewhere down the road. It will make for a brief, but enjoyable diversion for anyone who likes action RPG's.
