The monsters come in all shapes and sizes, which helps stave off boredom, although it's annoying talking to the townsfolk to advance the story. And despite some dropping glitches, the multiplayer mode shines when you can use a partner to help take out a big monster.

Overall, Titan Quest is most probably going to cop a bad rap from some sources for being too much like Diablo, which did much the same thing without as much eye candy almost 5 years ago. A fair call, but to be truthful, given how similar the two games really are, I'd say TQ's impressive range of features and gameplay make it the game Diablo should have been. Had the tables been reversed and TQ been released before Diablo, I'm sure people would be telling Blizzard where to go in no time at all.
