We've already reported about the rumor that Mass Effect 3 would be Kinect-compatible though we had no idea what that would mean for BioWare's sci-fi action RPG. Well, Mass Effect 3 has been confirmed to support Kinect at the Microsoft E3 conference, and we now know what it uses it for: voice recognition. Mass Effect 3 has been showcased on stage and voice commands have been used for both choosing dialogue options and giving orders to Shepard's squadmates.
Can't say I'm rightfully excited about the news, but I'm probably not in the target audience.
