Though World of Warcraft will undoubtedly grab the diehard Warcraft fans, I can see the ease and straightforwardness of the game really attracting many other people, such as myself. One of the greatest features implemented is when you log off in a town or city to allow yourself to accumulate resting points for your next experience trip. The longer you're logged off the more resting points you can acquire. So what exactly do resting points do? Simply put, they give you 200% experience for every kill instead of the common 100% experience. This is a great way to catch up to your friends if you've been away for the weekend or just unable to attend the last guild quest. Again, simplicity for the casual gamer, which is a breath of fresh air in an overcrowding genre and hopefully fulfill the thirst of a lot of MMORPG fans. Even dying is a consequence in which has little to no frustration. With a choice of being resurrected with a two minute stat deprival, running from the nearest cemetery back to your body in spirit form, or choosing to be resurrected by the spirit NPC in which you'll have slight experience loss. To be honest, I've never seen a reason to choose that last option, nor would I see a reason unless you're extremely lazy. Dying, especially in MMORPGs can be a really aggravating time. It can cause a lot of downtime, massive amounts of experience loss, and even baldness from ripping hair out of your head. In World of Warcraft, you die, you laugh, and you go back to your body and start all over again. Instead of being annoyed, you're back enjoying the game once again.
